The normal procedure is as follows:

• You will send your resume;
• You will have a telephone interview in which we find out your ambitions;
• You will be presented with our clients, with name or anonymously -as you prefer;
• Then you will be approached by the company or by IR Search for an interview (by telephone or in person) with the company;
• You will get feedback from both the company as from IR Search.
